This hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to the subway and shopping districts, and directly overlooks the beautiful Central Park. The transportation access is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and spotless, fully equipped with all amenities, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and courteous; a special shout-out to Cherry and Harvey at the front desk for their proactive assistance in resolving issues, making us feel right at home. It was a truly pleasant stay.

The front desk staff, Harvey and Vicky, were incredibly warm and professional. Their service throughout my check-in was meticulous, thoughtful, and caring, making me feel completely at ease and welcomed right from the start. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and has a fantastic design.

The hotel's design is excellent. Despite its age, it's very well-maintained, and many design details are quite interesting. The rooms are also spacious and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and has a great ambiance. During the Chinese New Year, there were a lot of guests, and with only one check-in counter, the wait was quite long. The breakfast, however, was the worst. We went at 9 AM, and most of the food was already gone. They barely refilled anything, only bringing out a few egg tarts and bread. The manager suggested we eat noodles or fried eggs. If I'm paying 100 for noodles and fried eggs, I might as well book a room without breakfast. The coffee machine only had Americanos; lattes and cappuccinos had to be made specially. This was interesting: a gentleman in front of me, speaking Mandarin, was told only Americano was available. A lady behind me, speaking Cantonese, was told lattes could be made. When we asked for lattes, we were also told only Americano was available. After we insisted, the restaurant staff begrudgingly made two cups. From the front desk to the restaurant, Hong Kong guests were given exceptional, almost fawning, service. When checking in, the single front desk staff member even asked us to wait while she personally escorted a Hong Kong guest, who wanted to change rooms, upstairs to view two different rooms. Thankfully, the guest gave up on their own, otherwise, I would have changed hotels too. The restaurant manager was incredibly attentive to a Cantonese-speaking family, personally delivering all sorts of dishes and coffee to their table. It's truly laughable to still encounter such regional discrimination in this day and age. The entire hotel gives off a 'wearing a suit with bound feet' vibe – modern design but outdated thinking. This is my honest and unbiased review.

The hotel is fantastic. They decorated the room for my daughter's birthday. The staff Sandy and Cherry are very nice and sweet. Will definitely come back for next time.

Worst ever with this kind of price! OLD and dirty and bathroom with clear glass - everyone can see your body while you shower! Want to change hotel when we enter! Disappointed

Staying at Shenzhen Hui Hotel during Chinese New Year exceeded my expectations! The location is convenient, with the popular Fan Lou restaurant nearby. It was great for our holiday stay. The hotel facilities are complete, and the room was clean, bright, and offered a great view. The toiletries had a lovely scent. The hotel service was efficient and thoughtful, especially Cherry and Sandy at the front desk. The hotel's Chinese New Year decorations were outstanding and just right. This is definitely my top choice for holiday travel; it's comfortable and reassuring, and my family loved it. It's worth staying repeatedly, and I truly recommend it to everyone!

Traveling to Shenzhen against the Chinese New Year rush, I chose this hotel which offers incredible value for money. While it might not have five-star facilities, it definitely had a festive, New Year's atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the lobby smelled wonderfully like Le Labo, with little birds chirping – it was truly a healing experience ❤️🩹.

If you're visiting Shenzhen, this hotel is definitely the right choice! Josh and Cherry at the front desk were so warm and professional. They not only checked us in quickly but also thoughtfully recommended sightseeing routes and local delicacies in Shenzhen, which saved us a lot of time. The hotel's design is very stylish, incorporating many unique city details. The location is superb; it's right next to Central Park, perfect for taking kids to play and feed pigeons for some quality family time. Huaqiangbei, with its bustling electronics market, is just a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there are shopping malls like Junshang and Maoye nearby, so you don't have to worry about food or shopping. Moms, go for it!

Absolute bang for your buck! I was so surprised to find such a stylish hotel at this price. The decor and furnishings are really tasteful, the room was spotless and well-equipped. Josh and Cherry at the front desk deserve full marks for their service – so warm, attentive, and always smiling, which really brightened my stay. And the location is just fantastic! It's right next to Central Park, perfect for a run, a stroll, or taking the kids out. Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Huaqiangbei, with shopping centers like Junshang and Maoye Department Store nearby. Super convenient for both daily life and getting around. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

The lobby has a great ambiance, and the room was very tidy and clean. The bathtub was super comfortable, and Josh and Sandy were really warm and patient.

Very comfortable hotel good place to stay in shen zhen customer service is on too with hotel design is very beautiful modern and yet keeping chinese essence room is big and bed is very comfortable! Front desk Joey is very helpful with our parcel and assisted us in check in and check out
