After arriving downstairs, I called to ask for the floor and room code. He sent me the location of Hongfu Pavilion and told me to contact the sub-landlord. It took a long time to finally check into the hostel. I wanted to take this opportunity to look for a job, so I didn't want the hassle of running around and chose to extend my stay for two more nights. However, after I extended my stay, they claimed I hadn't placed an order and demanded that I pay privately to cancel the booking. I disagreed and moved out immediately on the 22nd. I have nothing more to say to them. When I booked the room, I initially didn't understand if the negative reviews were really that bad. Now I finally understand how much energy I've wasted on these two days of messy dormitory life—it's a hundred times more tiring than a job interview.

The actual hotel's decor is significantly different from the photos shown on the platform, constituting fraud. In summary: a sub-landlord and a habitual non-refundable business. Just look at the numerous negative reviews. The Zhixing platform's complaint department will not refund such a shady business, and the complaint was fruitless.
