We had a short family trip to Shenzhen from Hong Kong — four of us including two kids. The price was great, especially during the Christmas period! The location was super convenient, close to the Futian border and just a short ride to Shum Yip UpperHills Mall, which was where we wanted to go. The room was very new and clean — not your standard hotel setup since it’s on the 30th floor. There’s no traditional reception; you just contact the manager when you arrive. He was very friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were both smooth and self-service. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a fridge, but when we told the manager, he came right away and helped store our food elsewhere. Really appreciated that! Overall, a great stay. We’d love to come back again — hopefully with a fridge next time! (ground floor is a police station, see photo)

Luggage storage is also very convenient, and the housekeeper manager will also assist in receiving and sending express delivery. Just downstairs is the Excellence Center, which is also the starting point of the Liancheng Super Underground Mall, which runs through Gangxia, the Convention and Exhibition Center to the Citizen Center, passing through the Half Dimension Base, from affordable consumption to excellent luxury goods, and can achieve one-stop shopping. There is a Lawson and a Meiyijia downstairs open 24 hours a day. It is 30 floors high and has sealed windows. It is very quiet and you can't hear the sound of the street at all. The sound insulation effect is very good. You won't hear the sound of moving stools upstairs at all. The homestay provides disposable bath towels, which are very clean. The water is Nongfu Spring, don't worry. A very important point: the store casts the screen for free! ! ! ! No longer afraid of having nothing to watch, too many hotels require paid screen casting, which is disgusting. The only drawback is that the network is average and the wifi is sometimes unstable. I will choose it next time.

The location is really convenient, right out of Gangxia Station, but you have to go through the building to the back door to enter. The room is clean, and the view is open due to the high floor, but the facilities are slightly insufficient and there is no refrigerator, which is important in summer. We arrived after 2 pm and the room was not ready yet. We had to wait until 3 pm to get the room. The landlady was kind enough to take us to the coffee shop on the 5th floor to sit and wait. After we got to the room, the landlady said that if you need anything, you can contact her. Unfortunately, she tried many times and couldn't get in touch because she never passed the friend verification and there was no front desk. In the end, the problem was not solved.
