This hotel is right by the Yabao subway station and has a really great vibe. It was super easy to find, and the front desk staff were all very friendly. When I ordered delivery, a robot brought it right to my door. There's even a phone in the room to call the front desk, which was handy. I stayed for a few days and appreciated having a laundry room to wash clothes – very convenient! My room seemed to be on a higher floor, which meant I had a nice view of the surrounding streets both day and night. The price was also quite good value for money. I'd definitely come back again.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk agent checked me in super quickly and even gave me thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, which was really sweet. It's very close to the Twin Towers, and the room was exceptionally clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and they even provided latex pillows. The bathroom was odor-free, and the toiletries were well-stocked. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, pastries, and drinks, and everything tasted great. They even gave me a complimentary bottle of water at check-out, which was a nice touch. Plus, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

This hotel's location is fantastic, really close to the Petronas Twin Towers shopping area, making getting around super convenient. The room itself is very spacious with excellent natural light, and it's decorated in a simple yet cozy style. All the facilities are new and work perfectly – the AC and hot water are both great. The cleaning staff did an amazing job, leaving the desk and floor spotless. They even helped with laundry and drying my clothes. The night view from the room is also quite nice. All the staff are incredibly friendly, always greeting you when they see you, and patiently answering any questions. They really make you feel welcome. Overall, my experience was top-notch, highly recommend!

This was my first time staying at a hotel with no air conditioning! It was New Year's Eve, and I checked in quite late. I didn't notice it at first until I woke up feeling hot almost at dawn, realizing the indoor temperature hadn't changed at all... I then used the in-room tablet to report the AC for repair, but after a long wait, there was no response. Finally, I went down to the lobby to ask, only to find out there was no air conditioning at all. Shouldn't the hotel inform guests beforehand if there's no AC available? The hotel room itself was very nice and comfortable, but this time, the experience of having no AC and the way the staff handled it was truly terrible!!!

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and it's always been a great experience. It's right next to Xinghe Shopping Mall, which has lots of small eateries in its basement. The Twin Towers are also quite close by, and the subway station is only about 200 meters away, making it very convenient for getting around.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute taxi ride from Shenzhen North Station, and right next to the Galaxy COCO Park twin towers. The hotel has a distinct Chinese style. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the in-house Chinese restaurant served delicious dishes. The room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The latex pillows were especially comfortable. The bathroom had a clean and hygienic wet-dry separation. The staff proactively offered a late check-out service, which was thoughtful and considerate. The gym facilities were comprehensive. Express check-out was super convenient, and the detail of the front desk offering water before I left was a huge plus – definitely recommended! There was a beautiful large Christmas tree, and they even helped me turn on the lights to take photos when I checked in in the early hours of the morning!

Overall, my stay this time was excellent. The front desk staff processed my check-in quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Their service was very enthusiastic, and their smiles were a big plus. Their uniforms were also very stylish and looked great! I remember they used to wear black uniforms, which felt a bit too business-like, so I was pleasantly surprised by the change. The lobby also offered a variety of floral teas, which was another great bonus.

There's free parking, and the laundry room even has a dryer, which is super convenient. When I called for assistance, they handled it promptly. Overall, I'm very satisfied! 👍 I'll definitely be back.

Saw this review online and decided to book without hesitation, navigating there easily. The front desk staff, Xiao Tong, was incredibly patient and helpful with all my questions – truly wonderful! The hotel's overall design is simple yet grand, and most importantly, it's very clean, which is my top priority when choosing a hotel. It certainly didn't disappoint; the overall experience was great. I'll definitely stay here again!
