The room is not big, but the location is good, there are commercial areas around, the service is very good, the room is cleaned every day, basically as described in the photos, and the soundproofing is very good

They booked me the wrong room from the start. They hadn't cleaned it yet, and I already didn't want to stay there. But I was in a hurry and they said they would give me another one, so I just dropped my bag and left. When I returned that night, I found a lot of pencil scratches on the bedroom wall of the new room. It must be one of those rented-out apartments that were repurchased as a B&B. The heating was completely ineffective. I turned it on all night and it still felt like an ice cave. The mattress was sunken in the middle and it would hurt my back. The water in the shower at night was hot and cold. It was 9 degrees Celsius, and I waited for the hot water for nearly five minutes while shivering. The quilt was also very thin and I caught a cold the next day. The room looked nothing like the pictures they uploaded on the platform. It was completely different. Whoever booked it was unlucky. It cost nearly 300 yuan to stay in this horrible place. If you really listen to my advice, stay in a hotel. It's cheaper than here.

The front desk is on the 55th floor. The room I was given was on a lower floor with a living room. They said they would upgrade my room type, but I liked the room type shown in the pictures. I communicated with Ctrip customer service and they immediately changed it back to the room type I had booked. The front desk was very efficient.

The location is convenient, next to the shopping mall, about 10 minutes walk to Shenzhen North Station. The administrator, Brother Chen, is very helpful. The accommodation is just as described. I will come again☺️👍

住了這麼多天服務很好，每天有阿姨打掃衞生，樓下商圈吃喝便利，離深圳北站很近，有需求和前台説也很快應答~

衞生做的挺好，還帶陽台，客廳有摺疊桌吃東西挺方便，民宿位置也很好找，安全性很高

出差入住這公寓環境不錯，老闆人也很好，主要離北站進樓下又有商業街方便，下次出差還來！
