My parents wanted to visit Shenzhen, so I booked a room for them. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and helpful, and they even upgraded our room for free! The facilities were excellent, including a huge bathtub. We weren't sure where to go or what to do, so the front desk also recommended nearby tourist attractions and local delicacies. Traveling with kids, it has a swimming pool. Our upgraded room came with a private hot tub, and we also got three complimentary travel photos.
