Booked two rooms, and the cleanliness was pretty good, plus they were spacious and didn't feel cramped. Though, being 1.9m tall, I did hit my head a bit on the second floor, haha! The front desk service was excellent; they replied to messages incredibly fast, almost instantly. Check-in was super smooth too – got everything done in a flash without wasting much time. The hotel also has XGIMI projectors, which offer a great viewing experience, and they even provide free movie memberships. The experience couldn't be better! Overall, it was great. Highly recommend it~

The room was very spacious. The service was excellent; they replied to messages quickly 24/7. 🥰 The room felt cozy, and the projector had a clear picture. It's very close to the subway station, which made getting around super convenient. However, it was a bit noisy during the day due to renovations.

It has two levels, with plenty of space for various items. The washing machine comes with a dryer, which saved us from traveling with dirty clothes. Unlike regular hotels, it doesn't have a grand lobby. Inside, it's clean and tidy. We booked the room with 270-degree panoramic windows, and it was quite bright.

I was thinking of visiting Hong Kong and decided to check out Shenzhen too. This hotel is really convenient for getting to the border crossing. I stayed for two nights, and on the second day when I checked out, I left my luggage at the hotel while I went to explore Hong Kong. The front desk staff, especially one lady, had an amazing service attitude. She even helped us put tags on our bags to make sure they didn't get mixed up. This was my first time staying in a loft-style room; the high ceilings made it feel really spacious and not at all cramped. There's also a projector, and if you ask the front desk, they can even provide a streaming service account. My friend and I ordered some takeout, watched a show, and just had such a lovely time. 🥰 I'll definitely come back next time!🥹

The two-story layout felt incredibly spacious, and friends who visited said it was really comfortable. My favorite part was the floor-to-ceiling window in the living room; opening the curtains immediately presented a stunning view. Whether it was watching the clouds drift by on a sunny day or the city lights come alive at dusk, the ambiance was just incredible. The bedding in the bedroom was also fantastic, with just the right firmness. After a long day of exploring, I slept soundly until morning. I have to commend the front desk service. I was worried about rushing to check out due to my tight schedule and casually asked if I could get a late checkout. To my surprise, they agreed immediately – truly thoughtful. The natural light was also impeccable; the room was bright and airy during the day, feeling very open even without turning on the lights. A quick note about parking: the hotel has a parking lot, but it's paid. However, if you ask the front desk, you can get a 50% discount, bringing the price down to just 30 RMB. In a city like Shenzhen, where space is at a premium, this price is an absolute steal! By the way, Shenzhen has so much great food and fun things to do. The weather was a bit cool recently, but going for a run with a gentle breeze was super refreshing – three layers of clothing was just right. Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll definitely choose this place again~ (*^▽^*)

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, instantly relieving a day's fatigue. The bathroom had excellent separation of wet and dry areas, with stable hot water and strong water pressure—a perfect washing experience. The most pleasant surprise was the soundproofing; even though the main road was right outside the window, the room was completely quiet, and I couldn't hear any traffic noise. I slept incredibly well at night.
