Stayed here with a friend. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet, and the amenities were complete. It's also conveniently close to the subway. However, the room door couldn't be locked, which made us feel very unsafe while sleeping, presenting a clear security risk. Aside from this serious issue with the door lock, everything else was great. I hope the hotel prioritizes checking and repairing the door lock to ensure guest safety.

The hotel front desk offers 24-hour service, and the staff were gentle and patient, handling check-in and check-out quickly. They were also very prompt in assisting with any requests, providing a perfect service experience. A new convenience store recently opened downstairs, making it super convenient to buy water, snacks, and daily necessities, which really simplifies daily outings. The location is excellent; it's only about a fifteen-minute taxi ride to Luohu Port and MixC World, making shopping and border crossing very convenient. The only minor drawback is that it takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the subway station, which is a bit far, but it didn't impact the overall stay at all.
