Facilities: The room is well-equipped. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Comfortable and cozy! Service: Warm and attentive. It's close to the airport, and the 24-hour shuttle service is great for those with late-night flights! I'll definitely come again if I have the chance!

Great location, close to the main road for easy access, with parking available and near the airport, plus they offer airport shuttle service. Breakfast was better than expected, with freshly made noodles. There's a snack street right downstairs, perfect for a stroll after you land at night!

The sign actually says Xinchuan Hotel. I got a room upgrade due to my membership, and the free breakfast was quite good. They also offered airport transfer service, and the driver was excellent. The environment was decent, and the facilities seemed newly renovated. Overall, it offered good value for money, though the bedsheets didn't look entirely clean.

Excellent service and a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and clean, with a full set of toiletries. The front desk staff were attentive, helpful, and responded quickly. The location is superb. I felt very relaxed during my stay and highly recommend it.

Coming from Hong Kong, through Shenzhen Bay Port late at night, there aren't many good accommodation options around Qianhai – it's either expensive or just guesthouses. It only took a little over half an hour to drive here to Hekang. The accommodation environment is great, with a laundry room and a well-equipped gym. Downstairs, there's a huge variety of food, and just a short walk away, you'll find common commercial dining options. The bed was quite comfortable too.

The hotel's location is convenient, the hygiene is well-maintained, the environment is comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the staff are enthusiastic. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel boasts a tranquil and elegant environment. Room service was incredibly prompt. For this trip, I had a lot of luggage sent ahead to the hotel, and they immediately notified me upon receipt, which was very reliable. Hotel parking was also very convenient. Upon arrival, the lobby staff even helped take my luggage to my room, which was a very thoughtful and dependable service.
