Last time, I suggested that the hotel should provide earplugs. This time, I noticed that they've made improvements and implemented them precisely. Behind the front desk, they've set up a small cabinet with various amenities, which really shows their dedication to continuous improvement. Environment: Extremely convenient, right next to Garden City and the subway. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the room smells great. Facilities: The hotel has robots, which are very convenient. The bathroom is also very large, and a major plus is the small kitchen. Service: The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful.
