I was contemplating which hotel to stay at, and I am so glad I chose this one! I had an excellent stay here, far beyond expectations! As a foreign visitor, I was totally impressed by the service and overall experience. The booking process was smooth, and check-in was quick, with friendly staff who proactively shared helpful tips about nearby transport and food options! Staff member 小小 was extremely helpful during my stay — in fact, all the staff were warm, attentive, and very helpful throughout.
The room was bright and cheerful, spacious, spotless, and completely odour-free, with very comfortable bedding. I totally had a good rest at this hotel for the past two days! Just to add, I enjoyed the serene environment which means soundproofing was great! There was strong stable Wi-Fi throughout my stay as well!
The bathroom was perfectly clean, with strong water pressure and instant hot water at all times. Housekeeping was meticulous every day, always replenishing essentials without fail. Any request to the front desk was handled quickly and warmly. I even witnessed requests for extra bottles of mineral water being promptly fulfilled when I returned to the hotel. Oh ya, I need to add, the launderette is totally impressive!
The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes’ walk to the metro and major shopping areas, with plenty of dining options around. Considering the high-quality facilities, cleanliness, and thoughtful service, the value for money for this stay is very much worth it!
