Great location, and the room was clean and comfortable! The service was excellent, with complimentary laundry every day! Breakfast and late-night snacks were included, along with makeup remover wipes – truly thoughtful and attentive!

Deluxe Butler Service: Absolutely fantastic! You can give your clothes to the front desk, and they'll wash, dry, and fold them for you. I was really touched by that. Minibar: The drinks and water were great, and you can always ask for more if you run out. Double Buffet & Noodle Bar (Late-Night Snack): The late-night snack was wonton noodles and fruit, which were delicious. Breakfast in the morning was just as good and very thoughtfully prepared, with different options every day, including sandwiches and other super tasty items, and high-quality fruit. Environment: The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

My stay at Villi Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, right next to Fuxing Metro Station, making getting around incredibly convenient. You can even take the subway directly to Shenzhen Bao'an Airport. The room amenities were thoughtfully chosen, with AI smart controls and screen mirroring devices readily available. The subtle aroma was pleasant and calming, and the soft, quiet bed made for an excellent deep sleep experience. The overall environment was clean and elegant, and the service was attentive and meticulous. Every detail reflected quality, and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
