Kaisa Keyu Hotel (Shenzhen East Railway Station Buji Subway Station) Reviews

Not bad. Great location and a spacious room. However, we were on the street-facing side, so the traffic noise was quite noticeable, and the subway passing by added to it. Those sensitive to noise might find it loud, but we slept fine. Also, the hotel might be a bit older as the bathroom door had a slight issue and was a bit hard to close.

This hotel is very close to the Buji station. If you take Exit E2 you will be right at the hotel's doorstep as you exit to the right. The hotel's lobby is cavernous with copious amounts of granite, but the hotel does not Air-Condition that area which made for a steamy hot October. I pity the front desk people who must work in that environment. The room was spacious and had a well-appointed bathroom. My reservation included "two free breakfasts" each day, but that was a bit disappointing. In the morning I went to the front desk of the lobby and asked where the breakfast room was. I was taken by surprise when the front desk staff reached into a big insulated camping chest and handed me two McDonald bags. It seems that the hotel has the breakfast catered by doing a bulk McDonalds order! Each bag had a chicken breakfast sandwich and a cup of warm soy milk. The sandwich was tasty, but the soy milk was disposed of in the toilet. Since I had two free breakfasts each day, I was expecting a buffet and was going to invite a friend to breakfast.......I would have been embarrassed and was fortunate my friend was not available!

Perfect location, just remember to look at the photos and not try to find the name listed on trip.com since that name is nowhere to be found. Had booked a room without a window but got one with a window, so excellent even though I ended up on a non-renovated floor. I really can't understate how great the location is for taking the subway to all the main attractions in Shenzhen, almost everything is just 30-40 minutes away without changing the need to transfer lines.

The hotel's environment and check-in experience are quite good in all aspects, which is worthy of five-star praise. I will come again next time.泉

Conveniently located next to the Buji Metro Station. Staff at the Front desk are polite and responsive. The room and bed size is huge, and the air-conditioner and other equipment work fine. And plenty of supply of bottled water for free - a total of six bottles (including two in the refrigerator). But there is one small drawback - the bottled water doesn't taste good

Good hotel, ideally placed for Shenzhen East Station and metro. My original booking meant I had a room with no window ( didn't know). During my checking-in the guys at the desk said it's no window, if I wanted a room with one it would be more money. I said Just go ahead with the no window room. When I got to my room I found a big room with a window! So very happy. Only small problem was I couldn't switch off the light by the door - I pressed every switch except the one marked ' Emergency '. I went to reception to tell them, a few minutes later a security staff guy came to my room and showed me which switch to press - you've guessed it , the one marked ' Emergency! The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. To conclude, the kare hotel is a well run and high quality hotel - I thoroughly recommend it.

We booked nonsmoking room but ended up with smoking one instead. After a complaint, the hotel moved us to nonsmoking room. Many rooms seemed under maintenance. The elevator reeked of cigarettes.

Very near subway station.

Receptionist took didn't know what to do to book in a non Chinese guest. Room had no wifi and again Receptionist showed no interest in helping.
