Vienna Hotel ( Futian Convention & Exhibition Center )

The location is good; it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Exhibition Center and a 7-minute walk to Fumin Station. Downstairs to the left, there's a breakfast spot, and right across the street is Huanggang Village, which has many great restaurants, all within a 10-minute walk. The hygiene was actually pretty good, though it could certainly be better. I'd suggest using a vacuum cleaner to get those corners and crevices cleaner. The service, however, was exceptional. Traveling with my two kids, we received double portions of water and toiletries daily without even asking. This shows how thoughtful and attentive the staff are. While these items don't cost much, that level of attentiveness is priceless. Overall, the experience was quite good. The hotel is a bit older, which can't be helped, but the price is also more affordable than other places.

Strongly advise against! Terrible service!!! The closet light in my room was flickering wildly, and the TV was completely inoperable. Clearly, these were hardware malfunctions. I reasonably requested a free room change, but the front desk kept making excuses and delaying, saying they needed a maintenance technician to check it first. After waiting a while and no one came, I offered to pay extra for a room change, and they immediately agreed. It's clear they just wanted to charge more. As a chain hotel, they fail to guarantee hardware facilities. Instead of resolving issues for free, they seize the opportunity to charge more. The management is chaotic, and they're overly profit-driven. I don't know what's wrong with the front desk staff; they wear a sour face every day. The service is also awful, the experience was extremely poor, and I absolutely do not recommend it. Everyone, please avoid this place.

First, the listing clearly states 'with a window', but it fails to mention if it's a small window, obstructed, or facing a corridor. As you can see from the picture, the window is practically useless. This feels like a deliberate, or at least negligent, act of concealment. Second, at 1:30 AM, the people in the next room were showering and chatting, which woke me up. The soundproofing is really poor. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I always choose Vienna whenever I travel because it's a trustworthy brand, and this particular hotel didn't disappoint. The service and cleanliness were both reassuring and comfortable. The location is excellent, definitely recommend it.

The room was clean, and the front desk staff (小姐姐 is a friendly way to say young lady) was enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to answer any questions.

I highly recommend this hotel! The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was very fast. They patiently answered all my questions and provided thoughtful and attentive service. The room hygiene was perfect – the room was clean and dry, the sheets and duvet covers were spotless and fluffy, and the floor was immaculate. The bathroom was thoroughly cleaned, with no water stains or odors, and even the corners and crevices were spotless. It felt clean and safe to stay there, and I had a great night's sleep. Overall, the value for money is excellent, making it my top choice for travel.

It rained heavily quite often during my stay in Shenzhen, so the washer/dryer on the 4th floor was a huge help. However, I booked different room types for the two consecutive nights, which meant I had to check out, store my luggage, and then check back in again – a bit of a hassle. It's also高考 (Gaokao/National College Entrance Exam) season, so good luck to all the students!
