Vienna International Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Shuibei Jewelry City) Reviews

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Shenzhen. It's a chain hotel, and the management is excellent. The facilities, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. This hotel is especially well-suited for business travelers. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality is good.

We switched to this hotel mid-holiday. For just over 400 a night, including breakfast for two, it was a good deal. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but enough to fill up – don't expect too much. Compared to other hotels in Vienna, the room facilities felt quite new, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Downstairs, there are plenty of food stalls and drink options, which is very convenient, but you can faintly hear the sounds of people having late-night snacks, even quite late. We also had a guided tour to Hong Kong and Macau with a meeting point at the Liantang Port, and a taxi ride there was very convenient, taking about 20 minutes without traffic. On a side note (completely unrelated to the hotel), if you're traveling with kids or elderly family, definitely avoid group tours to Hong Kong and Macau – Liantang Port was swamped with long queues of tour groups, and the itinerary was rushed and exhausting! The front desk, specifically the handsome guy, Xiao Li, upgraded us to an audio-visual room, and his service was excellent.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and also offered us 1 day of free breakfast buffet, which my parents enjoyed, the family room was also really big and comfy and as someone with insomnia, I was able to sleep pretty well, especially since the middle parting door can be closed to block out my dads snoring 🤣

I was very satisfied with the hotel I booked this time. The front desk upgraded my room, and the transportation was very convenient. Breakfast was complete, and the laundry room and gym were very handy. Thank you so much!

Indeed nice network hotel. Breakfast is ok but service and availability of free laundry and existence of fitness room is good. I used fitness Centre twice

About a 7-minute walk to the subway station, so transportation is convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby, making dining easy. It's clean and quiet. Facilities are complete, and the hot water is stable. The TV and internet weren't very smooth, with occasional disconnections.

The transportation is very convenient, breakfast is comprehensive, and the laundry room and gym are very handy. The room is spacious and offers great value for money. As soon as you enter the hotel, there's a faint, pleasant scent. The bathroom facilities are excellent too; the water heats up quickly for a comfortable shower, and the toilet is smart and heated. I was very satisfied with this stay. Also, if you're heading to Shuibei, remember to navigate to "Shuibei International" and not "Shuibei International Trade Center"! They are different places, and only Shuibei International has a basement floor!

The bed was comfortable. All the facilities were always clean. The gym and laundry service were useful and well maintained. Would stay here again!!

The hotel staff were all great and responded quickly to any issues, which was fantastic! The transportation is also quite convenient, with many restaurants nearby, and food delivery arrives very quickly. However, it was incredibly, incredibly noisy. The windows and doors offer no soundproofing whatsoever. There's a BBQ restaurant downstairs, and people were still talking clearly at 3 or 4 in the morning! The hallway doors are even worse for soundproofing; I could hear people talking and children crying in the corridor absolutely clearly! It was genuinely too noisy; I've never stayed in such a loud hotel!!

Very spacious, well appointed room, lift lobby as well as Main entrance lobby. Location is superb as it is about 500m away from Mrt station which is a transit station of line 3 & line 7. Needless to say, we shall always come back to stay in this fabulous hotel. regards Markh Boo PS Our kids like the big screen TV very much!

It was a very satisfactory stay experience. The lobby was spacious and the environment was great. The front desk service was excellent. The check-in process was fast. The front desk staff, Ouyang, had a good attitude and excellent service. The room facilities were complete, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was intelligently controlled. They also helped with free extended check-out. It was really great!
