The service and facilities at Pinshang Hotel are excellent. I ordered takeout late at night, and the front desk staff Winnie and Lucky helped deliver the food to my room via the robot, so I didn’t have to go downstairs myself. I stayed in a king‑bed room for one night and had a great experience.

I was quite satisfied with my room. It was on a high floor with a great view, and there was plenty of space for one person. Lucky at the front desk was very efficient and friendly during both check-in and check-out. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Conveniently located near the subway and shopping areas. The room has great natural light and a nice view, making for a very comfortable stay. Winnie and Xiao Lai were very kind and efficient with the check-in process. Overall, a great experience!

The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable. Herry and Allen were super friendly and helpful. We also got a late check-out for the room. It was a great stay overall, highly recommend! 👍🏻

Conveniently located with plenty of space and a kitchen, it's perfect for couples or families.

The room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff member Alai was incredibly professional!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby is very stylish, perfect for photos. It's right by a subway station, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Herry and Allen provided warm and attentive service; check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the facilities were well-equipped. We felt very secure during our stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The room was quite spacious. However, the gym equipment was really poor. For a multiple-night stay, the cleaning service was really shoddy. I'd recommend not staying for more than 3 consecutive nights; you get the same price but different service.

Nice flat for a family. Everything in the flat is done for you, to have all the comfort of a home away. Breakfast is ok, more Chinese style with a few Western touches. It does the job of having a good first meal. The location and facilities around are great. Seaworld is at a walking distance or one stop away on the subway. Many streets around with many mini marts, Hema supermarket in the mall next to the hotel, shops, restaurants and parks. I gave the amenities a 4/5 because of the layout at the entrance and because there are other flats with a better layout.

Terrible hygiene... steer clear!

Stayed in a standard queen room which was very spacious with a small gym area right across the hall. En-suite was also spacious with excellent water pressure. Area is great with metro right on the corner!
