Muji Hotel Shenzhen

The hotel is conveniently located right in UpperHills, next to a Muji store, and guests even get a 10% discount voucher. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is simple, but the miso soup is delicious. They also provide complimentary snacks and drinks. On the third floor, there's a quiet gym and a reading corner.

It was really great! The front desk staff were super helpful, and we were able to store our luggage at the hotel before check-in. The cleaning staff were also wonderful; after cleaning our room the next day, they thoughtfully left eye masks for us. The hotel's atmosphere and service were both excellent, and the restaurant was delicious! I wish I had bought breakfast, but I probably wouldn't have woken up in time anyway, haha.

The room was very clean, and having a mall next door was super convenient! I had a very comfortable stay.

The room, while simple, is far from basic. Its rustic elegance combined with a light, fresh Japanese style made for a very comfortable stay. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the floor attendants and even the cafeteria aunties, was incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel very welcome.

I've probably been here 10-20 times, and I've stayed in all the different room types. I really love the convenient location of this hotel. It's super practical whether you're coming as a couple or with kids. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and every time I come, it feels like coming home! They always offer a complimentary drink or afternoon tea. Happy!
