First, I had a 1-year-old baby desperately needing milk. When we arrived at the hotel, even after the adults had checked in, they insisted on seeing the baby's birth certificate. We explained we'd go up to prepare the milk and then come back down to provide the document, but the front desk staff flat-out refused. They were so rigid, and their attitude wasn't good either.
