I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable, with a powerful AC that was a blessing. The amenities were excellent and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every single day, and i loved the new sealed towels everyday, it felt very hygienic and premium. The standout, however, was the staff. Abby at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, truly going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Without a doubt, i will be choosing this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Always friendly front desk. Check in was super smooth. Room is comfortable and big. Easy location and close to street mall of Dongmen. Big thanks to 小張小賴 for the upgrade ! Will recommend.

QQQ3838. From a real world traveler. It is a very nice hotel in the price range. The hotel room is big and clean. However, the main entrance is in a dirty alley way. If you are stay in thus hotel the first. It will be a bit hard to find. Take note no all room has a refrigerator, as I am from North America, sure love cold drink. But you can ask the front desk to keep the drink in their refrigerator for you. Ms. Abby and her colleague are very helpful, thanks. There also has all in one washers. To get to the hotel is easy. Get out the subway 老街 exit F. If you do not have heavy luggages. Then go stright for about 800 meter than turn right cross the road, then turn left to the alley way and you can see the hotel entrance. If you have heavy luggage, then use exit D. For exit D, you need to cross the road to the exit F. I will stay in this hotel. But for sure book early as the price went up if there have good booking. If the hotel put in an ICE machine and refrigerator in all room. Then this will be prefect.

3days trip at Shenzhen. The hotel near the tourist attraction , convenient and easy to locate , nearby have alot food and shop. So location wise is convenient. The room amenities are all gd and with self laundry service , despite only 1 set washing machine and dryer but not much guest using so don't need to wait. Front desk staff are friendly and they feel for us when the room is not ready. Room was not ready when it was already 3pm. Understand that the team are doing great job especially during weekend but when we enter room was clean half way, with cigarettes smell ,and I saw ashes on table when the room attendant still in the mist if cleaning, Aircon abit leaking. Overall is fine but it will be good if no cigarettes smell

Excellent location, so close to shops and restaurants. Can get quite noisy at night due to construction near hotel. Carpet can so with a deep clean, coffee stains?

We’re so happy that we extended 3 nights instead of 1. Location is very good and you can do almost anything in Shenzhen from here. Metro station is quite near (10 mins walking distance) and the receptionist is very kind although she cannot speak english, but she willing to use translate app. Room got upgraded to the biggest one (we ordered the very small one). Best hotel we have ever stay in China.
