Exceeded my expectations! The front desk lady was really enthusiastic and proactively upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy, with a kitchen and balcony, though I didn't use them. The sofa was very comfortable, and the hairdryer was powerful, drying my hair quickly. The location is also convenient, with a supermarket and various snack bars downstairs. Full marks, I'll definitely come again if I have the chance.

This hotel is conveniently located, and the front desk staff are very friendly and always handle any issues promptly. The cleanliness is also well maintained. I highly recommend it.

The cleanliness is absolutely top-notch; not a speck of dust in any corner, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and reassuring. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, the hotel is very close to the subway, and there are many shopping malls nearby.

Amazing apartments in a great location in Shenzhen , community based location with alot of things to do nearby. I left my wallet in the room immediately they messaged me with picture and even held it for me for a few days at front desk. Very good staff and service!!

We ended up staying only one night and added an extra room in the apartment. We requested twin room and non smoking room in our booking. However, we only found out that they were not able to accommodate our request when we checked in. Both apartments heavily smelled of cigarettes. The lady at the reception was very nice. The rooms were clean despite of the smell. Bed were comfortable. Location was good. It is just not suitable for us.

This hotel keeps getting better and better; it's my third stay here! The location is fantastic, right by the subway station, making getting around super convenient. There are malls and supermarkets nearby, and tons of great food options, so it's perfect for both daily life and travel. The environment is lovely and comfortable, with a very pleasant atmosphere overall. This time, I even got a free room upgrade, which was a delightful and thoughtful surprise! The room was clean, tidy, and well-lit, making for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The service is warm and attentive, and the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommend!

Staying here during my layover in Hong Kong far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the border crossing if you're heading to Hong Kong. Plus, there's a large mall right downstairs with plenty of dining and entertainment options.

The room was very clean. The front desk lady was super friendly and provided excellent, thoughtful service. The soundproofing in the room was great, making it very quiet. They even deliver outside food right to your room, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of great restaurants nearby! 👍👍👍

The location is fantastic, situated right above the KKone mall. The convenience of having shopping and dining options at my doorstep was a definite plus. While the room itself was satisfactory, downside was the strong cigarette smell that lingered throughout my stay. This was a bit disappointing and affected the overall comfort of the room. Despite this drawback, the hotel's prime location above the KKone mall offers guests easy access to a variety of amenities and entertainment options right at their fingertips.
