Regarding the shower drainage issue: We will arrange for engineering personnel to inspect and repair it to ensure a smooth experience for future guests. Regarding the breakfast dispute: Please verify your booking information! Although your December room type was marked as including breakfast, the hotel officially stopped serving breakfast in January**, and simultaneously removed rooms including breakfast from all booking platforms. We have already proactively processed a full refund for your breakfast, and the refund record is verifiable. There is no situation of "selling rooms with breakfast unavailable"; please respect the facts. The staff on duty informed you of the situation and apologized immediately. The hotel did not intentionally delay the process; this can be verified in the room handover record for that day. Second, regarding the breakfast service, it must be clearly clarified that the complimentary Western-style breakfast listed by the hotel was replaced with a McDonald's Western-style takeout meal free of charge when the buffet was temporarily unavailable due to equipment malfunction. This fully fulfilled our "complimentary breakfast" promise and did not infringe upon any of your rights. We understand that you may be dissatisfied with the form of the alternative, but this does not constitute a "failure to provide breakfast" or a lack of service, nor should it negate our service commitment.
