The bed was okay, but the overall stay was really disappointing. The hygiene was poor, and the furniture was old and run down. There was a lot of noise from construction outside. I booked a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke. It looked nothing like the pictures.

The location is incredibly convenient! It's super close to Shenzhen North Station, just a few minutes' walk away. No need to rush for your high-speed train or metro transfer. The LOFT duplex layout is really practical; you can relax downstairs and sleep peacefully upstairs, separating active and quiet areas perfectly. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant design. All appliances were available, and the natural light was excellent, making the whole space cozy and comfortable. It offers fantastic value for money, especially great for business trips or short stays. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm at North Station.
