I stayed here because I had an early morning flight, so it was convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, with everything you need, and the service was attentive. I've stayed here multiple times for business trips, and each experience has been excellent. The hotel's location is superb, close to the subway station, and the complimentary airport shuttle is always punctual and reliable. My stay this time wasn't great. The hotel environment was quite clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, it might be because the hotel is close to the road, but it was quite noisy... My room was right next to the stairs, and there was basically no soundproofing. All night I could hear people dragging luggage, chatting, and rushing to catch flights... I barely got any sleep and ended up with huge dark circles under my eyes when I had to catch my flight, which was exhausting... On the bright side, the airport shuttle driver was excellent.

Service excellent... The male receptionist helped me carry my luggage to the 3rd floor (2nd for Westerners) and refused my small tipping.
