Shangri-La Shenzhen Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located close to Luohu Port and the train station. The front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded me to a higher floor. The hotel breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, and the room was very clean.

The facilities are well-equipped, the room is clean and comfortable, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. I used the mini-program to book a deluxe double room and was lucky enough to be upgraded to an executive double room upon check-in. The experience was excellent.

The hotel's interior facilities are a bit dated, but the service quality is absolutely fine. It's very close to Luohu Port, within walking distance. The executive lounge offers à la carte breakfast, which is a nice touch, so I'd still recommend staying here. My only minor complaint is that they charge 15 RMB per page for printing, which feels a bit unreasonable for just three pages.

The hotel's swimming pool is great, and the hot tub in the changing rooms is also very good. The facilities are comprehensive, but the hotel itself is a bit dated, and the room is quite small. The shower is directly above the bathtub. My sister really enjoyed the swimming pool, even though there were some fallen leaves since it's outdoors. It wasn't crowded either. It's very close to Luohu Port, which makes it super convenient for trips to Hong Kong.

This is probably the only star-rated hotel near Luohu Port. Although the hotel's interior facilities are a bit dated, they still feel very high quality. There's an underground passage directly connecting the hotel to Luohu Port. The staff were very enthusiastic and welcoming.
