Excellent location right opposite Window of the World and Melania Town. Connected to Yitian Holiday Plaza with many shops, eateries and a supermarket. Also directly connected to Window of the World subway station. Walking distance to many other attractions and restaurants in the area.
Service levels could be improved as it was frustrating on many occasions - eg. Slow service during breakfast, check-in counter, some requests left unattended/forgotten.

Westin is excellent! The rooms are big clean and quite, the location is great with direct access to the mall and many great restaurants. The breakfast is amazing and we also had the opportunity to use the gym and the pool. Totally recommend it

Great experience to stay in this hotel, a lot of thing to do nearby and great breakfast. The service of the staff helping us during the check in are nice and friendly. They have offered us with late check out and upgraded to facing Window of the World room. However, the Saturday night we booked has no drone show. It has still great with a nice view to get the whole picture of window of the world

Excellent service! We requested for a birthday decorations and they really made it nice. The location is perfect! Just opposite the Windows of the World. Will definitely recommend this to my friends.

Loved that the hotel was directly connected to a mall and above the WoW subway Exit L. Our room was ready for early check-in and had an awesome unblocked view of the WoW park opposite. We enjoyed the sunset skyline views and the 9pm drone show from the privacy of our balcony. Also loved that the pool closes late at 10pm, allowing for night swims. We had restful sleep on the comfy King bed and a good breakfast spread next day (go before 9AM to avoid crowds). We did not get to try the afternoon tea or dinner at the Grange Grill 25F, but we look forward to another weekend getaway at Westin Shenzhen to do so!

因為颱風關係，小朋友不用上學，臨時決定到深圳慶祝生日，到了前台，大堂的漂亮姐姐知道我們是過來慶生，升級了我們的房間，還看到世界之窗的景色，真的驚喜，還有，酒店的泳池也很不錯！下次兒子慶生再來，漂亮姐姐説，提前通知的話，他們還可以佈置房間，贊！
