Regarding your question about the breakfast jianbing (Chinese crepe) stall being unattended before 8:00 AM, we have immediately relayed this to the restaurant and adjusted the morning shift schedule. Dedicated staff will be on duty from 6:30 AM when breakfast opens, ensuring that early arrivals can enjoy hot, freshly made jianbing. We take your feedback on the front desk service very seriously and have relayed it to the front office. We will strengthen staff training in professional knowledge and service skills to ensure similar situations do not recur. Regarding parking, we have added dedicated parking guidance staff to provide assistance with mechanical parking space operation during peak hours. Regarding the lack of accessible pathways, we have promptly reported this to management for discussion, and its renovation has been included in the hotel's annual renovation plan.
