Crowne Plaza SHENZHEN FUTIAN by IHG

I have to give a big shout-out to the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian! The front desk staff were wonderfully sweet and welcoming, making check-in both efficient and heartwarming. The hotel truly prioritizes guest experience; they're very attentive and quick to resolve any issues. The latte art at the lobby cafe was beautiful, and the coffee itself had a rich aroma – a delightful little moment during my travels. The room was spacious and clean with a great view. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel for a business conference. The staff were warm and polite. At breakfast, someone would guide me to an empty table, and there were signs indicating whether a table was occupied, which made for a great experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, within walking distance of Futian Station on Metro Line 11, and directly accessible from the airport. The room was quiet and comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom, which was perfect for relieving travel fatigue. Overall, I'm very satisfied 👍 and will definitely stay here again.
