Facilities: Excellent Ambiance: Quiet Cleanliness: Superb Service: The front desk lady was very attentive. Executive Lounge Privileges: The service was very thoughtful. Breakfast and dinner were both plentiful. My trip was short, only stayed two nights, but I will definitely choose this Sheraton again next time I'm in Hong Kong!

The hotel's location is great, very convenient. The surrounding amenities are also good, making it easy to find places to eat. The hotel facilities are a bit old, so it's an older property. The staff service was very good, warm and generous.

The hotel is quite clean and conveniently located right next to a subway station, making it easy to get around. Across the street is Huangting Plaza with plenty of dining options. A bit further, there are two other shopping malls. The staff are very friendly. I would choose this hotel again next time.

Stayed at Sheraton Shenzhen Grand China. My room was upgraded to an executive room. The breakfast had a wide variety and was of good quality. Xixi provided excellent, warm, and thoughtful service. I highly recommend staying here again!

This was my first stay here, and I thought I'd booked a suite, hoping it would be better. However, the hotel is genuinely too old. The room was moldy, filled with a musty smell, and there was even visible white mold that hadn't been cleaned off. The service was also subpar; there was no explanation or good attitude from the staff. It simply doesn't live up to its five-star hotel designation. The curtains let in too much light, making it glaringly bright as soon as dawn broke.

This hotel is located in Shenzhen's Futian CBD, offering excellent accessibility. Shopping and getting around are incredibly convenient, with everything right downstairs or nearby. The hotel's decor has a classic, 'old money' aesthetic, and the rooms are generally spacious and clean.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. Check-in was quite slow; I had to wait half an hour after the official check-in time for the room to be cleaned and the key card to be issued.

The concierge team was also very helpful with directions, recommendations, transportation, and even helping us with our orders. Communication was easy, and everyone was very professional and welcoming. The location of the hotel is amazing. It is directly connected to a mall, which made everything very convenient. We had easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and everything we needed during our stay. One of the highlights for us was the lounge access on the 24th floor. The happy hour was really enjoyable, and we spent a lot of time there relaxing, admiring the beautiful city view, and enjoying the atmosphere. It became one of our favorite parts of the hotel experience. The breakfast was also very cozy and pleasant because it was not overcrowded. We could actually relax, take our time eating, and enjoy the view peacefully, which made the mornings feel very comfortable. The hotel itself is very large and spacious. While the rooms are a little older in style, they are very comfortable and generously sized, which is actually something we appreciated. Sometimes older hotels offer much more space and comfort compared to newer properties. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The combination of the excellent service, spacious rooms, lounge access, and perfect location made this a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen.
