Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen

Conveniently located near Futian High-Speed Rail Station, making travel easy whether you're heading to Hong Kong West Kowloon or Guangzhou South Station. There's also Coco Park and a variety of dining options nearby. The hotel itself is quiet and comfortable, and the double room was spacious enough. I specifically requested two breakfasts, and they were very generous and delicious (see photos).

Although the hotel's facilities are a bit old, the staff's service was excellent. They even brought me a whole table full of ice-cold drinks. And get this, the robot delivery service was so bold, it ran out of battery! But the staff still brought everything up to my room. Later that night, when my lights wouldn't turn on, a staff member came to help me out too.

The room offers a stunning panoramic night view, especially from the higher floors overlooking the Civic Center. It's truly captivating and highly recommended. It's also just a 5-minute walk to Futian Station, and the room itself is clean and tidy.

The hotel location is great, and the exterior looks good. The lobby on the first floor is also nice. However, there was a locked door in my room, which made me feel a bit uneasy. The hairdryer was strangely fixed inside a bathroom drawer. The smart toilet flush button didn't work; I had to close the lid to flush.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff service was also great, and I'd especially like to commend the service center. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I'm very satisfied. It's definitely worth staying again!

I chose this hotel because I was going to Hong Kong 🇭🇰, and it was so convenient! It's just a 100-meter walk to Futian Railway Station, and the subway is also easily accessible. My child really wanted to take the subway, so we went to Hong Kong. The two round trips were really unpleasant. This place is part of China, yet you have to put up with the attitudes of the people there; they look so impatient, as if we mainlanders owe them something. Without our mainland fish, how would your economy grow? I'll never go there again. Shenzhen is much better, with great food and a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was good too 👍. Seeing Hong Kong people coming to Shenzhen to spend money, it makes you realize how much more affordable the mainland is. A bowl of noodles in Hong Kong costs over a hundred, and everything is expensive. I'll definitely come back to Shenzhen for food, drinks, and fun. Happy! There were no crowds at Disneyland during the summer vacation 🤗, and there will be fewer and fewer people in the future. Welcome to Shanghai Disneyland, where you don't have to deal with anyone's bad attitude; just let loose and have fun!
