The entire hotel is filled with Spanish charm, making every photo-op stunning. The rooms are incredibly spacious with small balconies, and the huge bathtub and separate wet/dry areas in the bathroom are huge bonuses! 👧 Kid-friendly paradise: Indoor and outdoor pools + a sandy beach area. It's so thoughtful that you can rinse your feet right by the shore. You can also rent water guns and electric bodyboards; the kids won't want to leave! ❤️ Heavenly service: I absolutely have to praise Jason, the Guest Relations Officer! Upon check-in, he clearly explained the breakfast and pool times, and even thoughtfully helped us change our pillows. He was always ready to assist with any request! This hotel truly lives up to its name as a family-friendly resort. The staff at all levels are incredibly kind and friendly, providing exceptional service. Everyone greets you with a warm smile. I want to give a special thank you to my room attendant, Aggie, for her meticulous care. She treated us like family, being both friendly and polite. She helped us resolve every issue that came up during our stay promptly and efficiently, and ensured all the room facilities were perfectly arranged. She deserves high praise! The room was tidy and clean, with ample facilities. If we needed anything added or replaced, we could contact the room attendant immediately, and the efficiency was absolutely superb. The most attractive feature is undoubtedly the hotel's beach pool. The kids played all day and didn't want to leave. The soft white sand was specially imported from Hainan Island. The lifeguards tirelessly watched over the children's safety in the pool, even under the hot sun. Don't miss out on the other kids' play facilities either. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also a must-try; it was a pleasant surprise, especially the freshly squeezed customizable fruit and vegetable juices. The variety of food could rival a dinner buffet. To fully enjoy these exquisite facilities and delicious food, it's best to stay for several days.

It rained continuously for all three days of our stay due to bad weather, and on one day, an orange rainstorm warning was even issued. On top of that, my daughter inexplicably developed a fever on the first night. Although the hotel was very thoughtful and arranged a late check-out on the last day, my daughter hadn't fully recovered. Even when the rain stopped, the sky remained gloomy, and I didn't dare let her swim, which made this trip quite unpleasant. If I couldn't use the hotel pool, I definitely wouldn't have chosen this hotel to celebrate a birthday. The hotel is located right next to Exit C of Overseas Chinese Town Metro Station, with only a short open-air section. However, if you're pushing a stroller, you need to be extra careful as there are a few steps along the way where you'll have to lift it. To get to the nearest Yitian Holiday Plaza, you need to take one stop to Window of the World, which is a bit inconvenient. What I liked: Simple birthday decorations were provided. Room Quality and Design: The room was spacious and comfortable with a bathtub, and the lighting was easy to adjust. I particularly liked the reading/night light design next to the bed, which was very practical. (It would be even better if disposable bath liners/bags were provided, like in other hotels.) Excellent Service Attitude: The front desk team provided excellent service, they were friendly and always smiling. I especially want to praise the male staff member in charge of the carousel; he performed magic tricks and managed the facility, all with a very kind service attitude! Recreational Facilities: The outdoor playground and carousel facilities at the hotel were excellent, and my children had a wonderful time! Areas for Improvement: Room Amenities and Facilities: After the room was cleaned, the tea bags were not replenished. For a hotel of your caliber, the attention to detail in amenities is clearly lacking. Additionally, only instant coffee was provided in the room, with no coffee machine or milk, which is slightly inferior compared to other hotels in the same chain (such as Marriott or The OCT Harbour, Shenzhen – Blue Lagoon). Fruit Quality Control: One of the apples in the welcome fruit platter in the room was rotten to the core when cut open. I hope the hotel can strengthen quality checks before delivering items to rooms to ensure fresh produce is provided! Insufficient Bed Space: The double bed was relatively narrow, making it quite cramped for one adult and a 10-year-old child to sleep together, severely affecting sleep quality. Overly Thick Mattress: The mattress thickness was a bit exaggerated, making the bed surface too high and very inconvenient for getting in and out of bed. Facility Safety and Hygiene: In the small indoor building block playroom next to the outdoor playground, the blocks were slightly worn. I even found instances where the outer layer of some blocks had peeled off, exposing sharp wooden edges, which is very dangerous. Please make sure to strengthen cleaning and maintenance and immediately replace damaged facilities.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel. The water park and swimming pool are great, perfect for families with kids. However, it gets really crowded during the summer holidays.

A special thanks goes to the Guest Relations Manager, Jason, who was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous in every aspect, from the initial arrangements to the details during our stay. He made our family feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and have added this hotel to our re-booking list. We'll definitely be reaching out to Jason again for our next visit; his professional and considerate service truly deserves high praise!

The hotel environment is elegant, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Although the beach is small, it's well-maintained and very clean. The breakfast, featuring Cantonese-style rice noodles and Chaoshan sweet soup, is highly recommended, as is the Southeast Asian-themed buffet dinner. However, some items at dinner were gone by 7 PM, and there were very few staff, so I had to clear my own plates, which needs improvement. The hotel offers many activities for children, but unfortunately, we were a bit rushed this time and couldn't participate. Aggie, our Guest Relations Officer, provided attentive service and was quick to respond to all our needs. Apart from the crowds, which meant long waits for elevators and breakfast queues, everything else was excellent. Overall, it's a highly recommended family-friendly hotel.

Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 11 AM. The front desk told us that the peak time was from 8:30 AM to 10 AM, so they suggested we have breakfast at 10 AM. We followed their advice, but still waited almost 45 minutes to get breakfast, with more than 10 people in line. The most exaggerated part was the lack of beverage options. The freshly squeezed juice didn't look very hygienic, and the cold dishes weren't appealing. Overall, the breakfast was disappointing. The outdoor pool was alright, just a bit crowded, but that's to be expected during summer vacation. In summary, the room was acceptable, but we probably won't come back.

There were so many kids, the lobby was packed with people, extremely noisy, like a wet market. Guests at the front desk were yelling and arguing. Checking in took ages queuing, and the actual check-in process was also very slow. I tried calling the room phone but no one answered, and when someone finally did, their attitude was stiff and impatient. Breakfast also involved a long queue, and the staff managing the queue were impatient. Apart from the location and complete facilities, there was absolutely no five-star hotel service!

We stayed in August. We arrived at 12:30 PM to drop off our luggage and then went out to shop and eat. We planned to return to the hotel at 3:30 PM. However, by 4:00 PM, the hotel still couldn't check us in, even though we had booked two rooms. The staff offered to let us use an uncleaned room to change for swimming. When we went up to the room, it was completely uncleaned with previous guests' belongings still there. We couldn't even change, let alone walk into the room. We went back down to the lobby, and by then it was almost 5:00 PM. A staff member helped us check for available rooms and found room 2002 was cleaned and ready. The other room still required waiting. So we went to the first room. After swimming, it was 6:50 PM, and the other room, 2012, was ready, but the cover of the card lock on the door kept falling off. Pros: The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are large. The hotel pool is big, with a depth of 130-140cm, and the outdoor pool experience is excellent. Our butler, Hesper, was proactive in assisting us during our stay and would even check in with us in the evenings to see if we needed anything. Cons: The water pressure and temperature of the shower were unstable. The air conditioning in the room was inconsistent; it would feel warm in the middle of the night. The breakfast selection was limited, and personally, I found the taste to be just average.
