The room was clean and tidy. The location was excellent, and the front desk staff, KK, provided great service.

The entire place reeked of alcohol and cigarette smoke. It was hazy with smoke everywhere, and there were cigarette butts all over the place.

The rooms were clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a high quality of rest. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional, handling check-in and check-out efficiently, and responding promptly to any requests. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure stays, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

While the hotel facilities are a bit older, that also means the rooms are more spacious, which is a trade-off I appreciate. A special shout-out to the gym – it has a great selection of equipment and fantastic views. Being on the 35th floor, you can even catch a beautiful sunset! What impressed me the most were the small touches: complimentary bottled water was readily available by the elevators and in the gym. These thoughtful details really highlight their commitment to guest comfort.

The Grand Skylight Hotel in Shenzhen is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk from Huaqiang Station on Metro Line 1. The mall next door has a wide variety of restaurants, so you can find anything you're craving. The front desk staff were very attentive and gave a thorough explanation of everything. The room was clean, and I'll definitely be back.
