This hotel is conveniently located near Metro Line 1, and within walking distance of Huaqiang South and Huaqiang North. There's a shopping mall nearby, making it super easy to find food, entertainment, and transportation. Occasionally, I could hear some noise from the hallway or next door, but it was all within normal living sounds and completely acceptable. The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and allowed me to check in early and even upgraded my room. When I mistakenly used the power-on card as my room key and couldn't get into the elevator or my room, a staff member immediately dropped what he was doing to help me open the door. Overall, I felt that the hotel's humanistic approach and work philosophy are very well managed! Thumbs up!!

Very nice location in the centre of Shenzhen, there is MTR right in front of the hotel entrance (1min walk). The hotel room is clean and the staffs are polite and welling to help. There was a note in the hotel room mentioned about a construction of hotel during my stay,  but I was only in my room after business hours so I don’t really hear the noise. Near big shopping mall so no worries about restaurants or coffee. Recommend if you want a stay in that neighbourhood. 15mins by taxi to go border connecting HK.

My stay here exceeded expectations! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. They even proactively upgraded my room, which showed great attention to detail. The upgraded room was exceptionally clean, with pristine and soft bedding. The desk and floor were spotless, with not a speck of dust or stain in any corner. All the staff were responsive and friendly throughout my stay, making me feel comfortable from check-in to check-out.

With year-end approaching, the hotel has seen a noticeable increase in guests. I even chatted with a Spanish guest in the elevator and wished him a nice day! The location is superb, right next to the Hankou Center with its dazzling neon lights and prominent short video ads – seems like a popular trend.

The only advantage of this hotel is its good location, very close to Exit B of Huaqiang Road Station on Metro Line 1.
