Echo at the front desk was fantastic, making my entire stay, from check-in to check-out, completely worry-free. The room layout was well-designed, the toiletries were high-quality, and the service was thoughtful. It was a superb stay overall! Definitely recommend it to everyone~

The room was very spacious. We booked a two-bedroom suite, and both the living room sofa and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff, Xiao Gan, arranged a really nice room for us during check-in. We absolutely loved the hotel.

The gym, in particular, is honestly the best I've ever seen in any hotel. There are also plenty of washing machines in the laundry room, so you'll never have to wait. Next, hygiene. I always prioritize cleanliness wherever I stay, and this hotel is definitely clean, tidy, and spotless. It's always my first choice whenever I visit Shenzhen. Service is impeccable – everyone is friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. They genuinely go above and beyond to help guests with whatever they need. The environment is very grand, spacious, and comfortable. If you're driving, parking is very convenient. If you're flying in, getting a taxi from the airport to the hotel is a direct route with no detours. If you're looking for a hotel in Nanshan District that offers great value for money and ticks all the boxes, Kaisa Plaza is definitely a top contender.

There's a gym and pool on the fourth floor, which guests can use for free. The air conditioning was excellent, and the room's location is super convenient, not far from Liwan subway station, easily reachable on foot. I watched the movie 'A Step into the Past' that night, and it was fantastic!
