This service apartment is located behind the busy street, not a nice area. Apartment cleanliness is so so.

Got bed bugs bite , mattress are old and bed is broken thats why i had a mid dented area , staff is not attentive and serious in their job , refuse to pick up calls when i arrived late at night for check in, they could have send me earlier the check in instructions if they do not have a counter in front, understandable as now all is digitalized, lack of sincere rectification over problems like the bed bugs and broken bed i had to bear with their amenities for the whole stay, they only can change new linen for me andthey dont even bother to arrange me a new room everything needs to be on their own convenience terms, my worst stay in china i do not recommend this hotel their reviews are misleading maybe fake

This apartment exceeded our expectations! The overall space is large, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent light and ventilation. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and all necessary cooking utensils. The washer-dryer combo is perfect for travelers, as clothes can be dried immediately, which is incredibly convenient. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable for relaxing, and the whole place is clean and tidy. Kids can enjoy watching movies on the projector. The host was quick to respond to messages and communication was smooth. It's suitable for both short trips and attending shows. Highly recommended!

This is a loft apartment with a fantastic spatial layout and great layering. It's clean and tidy, with excellent natural light. The bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. The host is very responsive, making for a really good living experience.

The entrance was a bit hard to find at first. The surrounding area has great amenities, but traffic can be a nightmare.

The environment here is absolutely amazing, and the scenery is incredibly beautiful. The butler service was also exceptional; the attendant even helped me mail back my charger, which I'm so grateful for!

The location is absolutely perfect! Just a few minutes' walk downstairs to Yannan Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for commuting and getting to various commercial areas. Huaqiangbei Electronics Market is also a mere ten-minute walk, which is super efficient for business. The room itself is spacious and doesn't feel cramped. The large bed is just the right firmness, making it easy to get a wonderfully peaceful sleep after a busy day. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom, with its wet/dry separation, has excellent water pressure. Plus, it comes with a washing machine and refrigerator, making it suitable for both short and long stays. Downstairs, you'll find convenience stores and a wide variety of restaurants, so you can easily grab breakfast, fast food, or late-night snacks anytime. The concierge is very responsive to messages, and the check-in instructions were clear. The apartment building has excellent security, and despite being in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet with good soundproofing. Compared to other places in the same area, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely book this place again when I return to Huaqiangbei and highly recommend it for business travelers.

Cleanliness was so-so. There was some mold on the wall, above the bed. There is no reception desk. To check in, register and contact hotel staff, you need WeChat. Location is great. It is about 10 minutes walking distance to Yan Nan metro station and Walmart. Lots of places to eat nearby. Washing machine works well.

Our stay in the duplex twin room was exceptionally heartwarming! The room had a fresh, minimalist style, and the split-level duplex layout offered a fantastic sense of space. It was well-designed and open, with high-quality soft furnishings that were perfect for photos. The entire room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the amenities were well-equipped and maintained, making for a truly pleasant and comfortable stay.

Staying in the king-size bed room was a fantastic experience. The location is superb, right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to various commercial areas in Huaqiangbei. It's perfect for both business trips and short getaways. The room was spotlessly clean overall, with the floors, bedding, and bathroom area all impeccably maintained and free of any dirt or odors. The room had good natural light and ventilation, and all the appliances were complete. The air conditioning, water heater, and Wi-Fi all worked stably, more than sufficient for daily living.

I contacted the manager to request a late check-out, and they readily agreed without any extra charge, so I didn't have to rush to pack my bags. The service was exceptionally thoughtful.

The amenities were comprehensive, including a kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine, making it very convenient for preparing simple meals or doing laundry. Security in the complex was strict, with card access for the elevators, ensuring a safe and quiet stay. The soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't disturbed at night.
