This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is absolutely perfect – so convenient! The room is very spacious, and they offer complimentary snacks and fruit. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly warm and provided excellent service. The environment is also fantastic. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is quite poor. I was woken up early in the morning and again later by noise from upstairs or neighboring guests. Plus, there's construction going on nearby, so there was a lot of noise early in the morning. So, I have to deduct points for the sleep quality. But otherwise, everything else was great, especially the 2 PM checkout, and the Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork) at Xiaonanyang downstairs is delicious! Love, love, love!

Great location, and the large bed was super comfortable for sleeping. The room temperature was just right. Mixc City is within walking distance, the museum is very close, and Shuibei is also easily accessible. The main highlight is definitely the excellent location. Plus, there are free snacks in the mini-fridge! The flowers at the front desk were also really beautiful.

The environment is quiet and comfortable, with excellent cleanliness and comprehensive facilities. The staff, especially Ella, are incredibly gentle and responsive to requests. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommend~

Location: Super convenient, just a short walk from Luodancun Metro Station Exit C. Environment: The overall environment is good, but the building isn't very tall, and there are quite a few mosquitoes. Facilities: The in-room facilities are great, but the gym is too basic – just a few machines from the picture, not even a single dumbbell. Food: Breakfast was okay, nothing special but not bad. The selection isn't huge, but they have the common items, and the quality is decent.

My stay at the Hyatt Centric Shenzhen Luohu was absolutely perfect! The hotel is right by the metro entrance, and it's just a few minutes' walk to MixC shopping mall, making getting around and shopping super convenient. The lobby has a stylish, book-themed design that's great for photos. My room was spacious and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a baby. A special thanks to Ella at the front desk – she checked me in efficiently, was incredibly kind and attentive, and even thoughtfully provided welcome fruit. The robot delivery service was also a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. This is definitely my top choice for business travel, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
