The front desk staff (a young lady) was exceptionally helpful and enthusiastic. The hotel room was also very clean and tidy.

The room was clean and tidy, and getting to the airport was super convenient. The free shuttle service to the airport was a big plus! 👍 I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Shenzhen in the future. Not sure what else to say, it was just good.

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and I noticed a subtle, pleasant fragrance as soon as I entered the lobby. The environment was comfortable, and overall, I was very satisfied. I'd definitely recommend it.

The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options and you could even take some to go. They also provide a thoughtful late-night snack service. There's a laundry room and a book bar available, and the service was attentive and thorough. The only downside is the lack of an airport pick-up service. Overall, it's a highly cost-effective choice for an airport stopover.

This stay was a terrible experience, and the overall value for money was far below expectations. The room was cramped; once the furniture was in, there was barely any space to move around. Many power outlets were faulty, with some not working at all, making it a hassle to charge devices. The mini-fridge was completely useless as it didn't cool anything, causing all my drinks and food to spoil. It was just there for show. Front desk service for deliveries was inefficient; I had to call multiple times for toiletries, and they took a very long time to arrive. The bathroom facilities were old, and the soundproofing was poor, leading to disturbances from outside noise at night. The cleanliness was subpar, with dust in the corners. The service attitude was perfunctory; issues I reported were slow to be addressed, and none of my concerns were properly resolved throughout my stay. I do not recommend this hotel and will not choose it again.
