房間衞生太差了，連床單都有毛髮，還有斑斑點點。我們真的懷疑是否阿姨忘記了搞衞生。牆壁上面還有很多的鞋底印。最讓人滿意應該就是衞生間，酒店的硬件設施是較好，水也很大，前台服務生也服務也可以，但軟設施有待改進！

第一次給差評。看着挺好的是吧，跟圖片上完全不一樣。實際上旁邊是KTV，隔音非常差。吵的無法入睡，還不是小聲音，就好像你在KTV包廂裏聽他吼一樣，跟前台反饋問題，説滿房了，要不就退房，問題是已經十二點半了，附近又沒有什麼酒店，入住前我説了要安靜的，前台也沒有告知我這個情況。剛開始進去的時候沒有聲音，結果吃個飯回來就開始唱歌了。位置也很偏，離附近商圈很遠吃個飯要走兩公里。後面前台向上反饋也是沒有辦法解決問題，晚上我是帶着耳機睡的，非常難受。

這個酒店的服務態度極差，我本來不想計較那麼多，但實在是忍無可忍，不衹是一次這樣了，一個戴眼鏡值班的女前台，態度極其惡劣，本人經常入住該酒店，每次碰上她值班都是板着臭臉，，作為消費者空調不夠涼，預訂的房間與照片不符合，要求換房間是很過分的要求嗎？照片與實際不符，難道不是虛假宣傳嗎？為什麼要一副不耐煩的樣子，而且還對我翻白眼，難道我們付錢住酒店是看她臉色的嗎？還有我們去投訴去反饋，結果隨便用一個理由去搪塞我們，説前台的左眼本來就是有問題的，這種理由都能説得出來，是把人當**嗎？
