The Hampton by Hilton North Station is conveniently located, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Eric provided excellent service. The bath and hand towels in the room were lovely and soft, and the body lotion had a pleasant scent. There's a Tianhong shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. The breakfast was tasty, and the watermelon was sweet and delicious. It's also a quick 10-minute taxi ride to the high-speed rail station, which is super convenient. The hotel's environment and service are both excellent. A special shout-out to Zhang Wei at the front desk. We checked in quite late and asked if we could have a late checkout. The front desk immediately extended our checkout time by three hours. The service was absolutely spot on.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. We had a very comfortable stay, and they even gave us a free room upgrade! Great hotel from service to breakfast to location (9 mins walk to Hongshan Metro).  Gym can be a lot better

We had an amazing time staying at the hotel during our visit to Shenzhen, China. The location of the hotel was central, within walking distance to the mall and other amenities. Our room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff were wonderful people, they were very professional, polite and always ready to help. Hui, Lydia, Nini, CiCi and Alan were among the staff that were on duty during our 5 days visit; they made us feel welcome. I will sure recommend the hotel and will definitely use the service again when I visit next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, only about 4 kilometers from the North Station, a 10-minute taxi ride away. When I checked in, Xiaoqing at the front desk provided wonderful service.
