My overall stay was very pleasant. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. The room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was good, allowing for a peaceful rest. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were polite and attentive, responding promptly to requests. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the hygiene details were well-managed. Stayed at 5218, and the service attitude was really great. The room was clean and tidy, and the restaurant service was good too. Plus, there were complimentary water and drinks in the room, which made me feel this hotel was excellent. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. It's also conveniently located right next to a subway entrance, making transportation a breeze. There's even a market downstairs. The manager and staff were warm and polite, helping us arrange a room upgrade. The hotel has a full range of facilities, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There's plenty of parking, and it's free during your stay. The location is excellent, with convenient subway access. Highly recommended.

Service: The front desk staff, Xiao Teng and Xiao Wei, provided very thoughtful service, and they processed the invoice incredibly fast. They even gave me a beautiful mooncake gift box when I checked out. I will definitely come back; it's my top choice for business trips. The hotel has great views, a gym, and a laundry room.
