My stay at Atour Hotel was absolutely perfect this time around! I've been completely won over by this hotel's human touch and warmth – it's definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling. The hotel boasts a simple yet elegant design style. The Bamboo House library in the lobby creates an incredible atmosphere, with its wooden furnishings and subtle woody fragrance. The moment you step in, the fatigue from your journey melts away, replaced by a sense of peace and healing. The front desk staff were professional and gentle, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently without any delays. They even thoughtfully offered tips for getting around the local area. The service throughout my stay was attentive without being overbearing; every request was promptly addressed, making interactions incredibly pleasant. The attention to detail in the room was evident everywhere. Housekeeping was meticulous, with not a single corner missed, leaving the entire space clean, bright, and odor-free. The bedding was made of soft, skin-friendly 'naked cotton,' the mattress offered just the right balance of firmness, and the pillows were wonderfully supportive. Even for someone who struggles to sleep in new places, I enjoyed a full night's rest, completely recovering from travel fatigue. From the moment I checked in, I felt incredibly well taken care of. There was a welcome gift, and they even brought congee late at night. The room itself was very comfortable, and I appreciated the choice of two different pillow heights. The toiletries also smelled wonderful. The bedding in the room was very comfortable. The facilities and equipment are complete, and the location is also great, very close to the port and Mixc City. It was a really good experience.
