Seriously, I can't recommend this place enough! First off, the lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and always had a smile on her face. When I checked out, I accidentally left my expensive watch behind, and she immediately contacted me. I tried to give her a tip, but she absolutely refused to take it, which really shows how well-managed this hotel is. The location was excellent, and the service was very helpful - they responded immediately. The only downside was that the kitchen was a bit under-equipped. There were not enough utensils, and some of them weren’t cleaned properly. The Wi-Fi was okay. The unit is dirty. The water floods the restroom from the shower. The beds are hard. There was no instruction about checking in or checking out. I didn’t know I had to go to the 10th floor. Had a fantastic experience! The front desk staff, especially the lady at reception, was incredibly attentive and had a great attitude. She was always quick to respond and resolve any issues. The hotel's location is also superb, right at a subway exit and close to Hong Kong. There's a shopping mall downstairs, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping.
