The hotel is conveniently located right next to Exit C of Gaoxin Park Metro Station. It's generally clean and tidy, and a special shoutout to Lele at the front desk – her service was enthusiastic and attentive!

The hotel's location is super convenient, with MixC World right nearby for great shopping. It offers good value for money, and the front desk staff, Nancy, was really friendly and helpful. The room was well-ventilated, clean, and spacious. A great choice overall!

Don't bother staying here, you'll regret it. The rooms, regardless of size, are so tiny you can barely fit one suitcase standing up – there's no communal space whatsoever. I even switched rooms twice, and both had the same awful stench. Because there are no windows, there's absolutely no ventilation, and the strong smell will keep you from sleeping. The nice pictures you see are completely misleading, just like a buyer's show where the reality is totally different. After reading my review, if you still decide to stay, well, don't say I didn't warn you. I hope to save at least one person from this experience. I quickly checked out and moved to another hotel the very next morning. I hope you don't make the same mistake I did.

Cleanliness: The room was very clean and Nancy at the front desk was very friendly and efficient with the check-in process. The hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping mall, which was great for shopping. It's also close to my company, making it an excellent choice for business trips. Facilities: The amenities are complete, and they even have a laundry room and a restaurant.

The staff was very helpful with the check-in despites the New Year rush. The housekeeping was helpful with the room TV setup and usage. The location is great , a few minutes from the MixC mall. Only disappointment is there are stairs you needed to lug your luggage up and down.

M Hotel Shenzhen offers basic budget accommodation, and the no-window room for 299 RMB is suitable only for a short stay: the room is clean and functional with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed, but the lack of natural light makes it feel dark and slightly stuffy, with very simple furnishings and no sense of space; overall, it’s acceptable value for the price if you just need a place to sleep, but not ideal for comfort or longer stays.

Very clean hotel.

I booked a room with a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window in advance. When I checked in at 6 PM on the day, I was given a room with a small window. I called the front desk, and they claimed there were no rooms of that type available, even though the same room type was still being sold on Trip.com. When I questioned the front desk again, they then said the room wasn't cleaned yet. I told them I could wait, and surprisingly, it was cleaned immediately. However, the TV in room 575 was broken and looked like it was about to fall off, and the room was very dirty with stains all over the carpet. I called the front desk again, and they finally switched me to a much cleaner room of the type I originally booked. It definitely didn't look like it had just been hastily cleaned, which was really outrageous. I suspect this was due to the room price increasing that day. I understand that businesses want to make money, but deliberately lying about not having a room is completely unacceptable. I hope Trip.com strengthens its management of its merchants. I didn't take any photos, but every word of this is true.

The room itself is okay but the floor is extremely dirty and the tables. The worst part about this hotel is that you won’t be able to sleep at all as there is no sound proof. the drainage sound was so loud each time someone uses water/ flush above us, we can hear all the conversation outside our room and the cleaner makes so much noise in the morning. I will not stay here again and won’t recommend it to anyone.

everything is good except the bathroom is not connected to the toilet . So if you are travelling with a business partner , it is not at all recommended
