Extremely polite and helpful staff, booked the transfer through WeChat, and I was picked up by a very nice woman. The room is even better than at the picture, the bed sheets are nice and clean, the room is spacious, no weird smells or smoke. The room was also very quiet. The transfer back to the airport was also arranged just for me alone, so I didnt have to wait. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Recommend with my whole heard! Good value for money!

I chose this hotel by chance, and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The room was a good size, with cozy and practical furnishings. It was well-ventilated and impeccably clean, with no strange odors. All the electrical appliances worked perfectly and were easy to use. The front desk service was also excellent, especially Front Desk Agent No. 3, whose service was thoughtful and professional without being intrusive. The surrounding transportation network is well-developed, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, it was an outstanding experience and highly recommended for everyone.

24/7 airport shuttle service, running hourly (advance booking required): Landed, hopped straight into the shuttle, and went directly to the hotel to sleep – perfect. The hotel itself was standard. The bed was really soft, which I loved. There's also a small table for tea, perfect for a relaxing moment. The bathroom is quite spacious, and the toilet area is big enough for doing makeup.

I've stayed in many hotels, but the front desk service at this one, particularly unit 0309, definitely ranks among the best in my book! The staff was friendly and engaging, and their efficiency was outstanding. Whether it was checking in, extending my stay, or asking for information, everything was handled clearly and smoothly. The entire experience was excellent, making my stay relaxing and comfortable. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which is super convenient. The service is excellent, and the location is easy to find, not too far from the subway station – you can just walk there directly after getting off. It was pretty quiet at night, no noisy motorcycles revving down the street, and there are plenty of breakfast places nearby.

My friend booked the hotel, but my flight was delayed, so I called to ask if I could check in first. The lady at the front desk clearly explained the check-in process and patiently answered all my questions with a kind and gentle tone. She was incredibly sincere throughout, making me feel warm and welcome as soon as I arrived. The day after I checked out, I realized I had left my phone charger at the hotel, so I called again. Staff member #09 understood my request, enthusiastically helped me locate the charger, and arranged for it to be shipped to me. The attentive and thoughtful service, from before check-in, throughout my stay, and even after checkout when resolving an issue, made the entire experience extremely satisfying. The hotel has a beautiful environment and the staff provides excellent service. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!
