I don't know how the positive reviews on the Internet came from, but the 5.0 zero negative reviews are too outrageous. Except that the location is near Futian cbd, it is useless. The building is pretty easy to find, but the internal facilities are super old, the rooms are super small, and the hygiene is not good enough. In the double bed room, some of the mattresses are still sunken, and the back hurts after sleeping. The cabinet doors are all broken, the balcony doors are also broken, the toilets are super old and not clean, there is no hot water, and part of the shower room is broken. The point is that the price is not cheap. The small hotel we consulted was only 100+ a night and the facilities were much better than this. Changed to other hotels quickly the next day. The pictures of the online po have nothing to do with the room. Stepped on thunder😇

房東超好，我自己搞錯了訂單，重複預訂了，馬上幫我免費處理好了，減掉不必要的損失，房間也是整潔乾淨，小但是不會太擁擠，準備的東西都很貼心，交通很方便。延遲退房也安排了。下次還希望住他們家。就是忘記拍幾張美照了。

簡直已經無力吐槽了，那個枕頭和被子是我住過最臟的，而且那個小區是疫情隔離區，一棟三十多年的舊樓，門口別個鑰匙盒，整的跟密室逃脱似的，要在昏暗的走廊裏找來找去才找到，太刺激了，這個價格定如家它不香麼，還好意思找我要好評，保安要個房號，還得強制我註冊他們的會員，跟99八十一難似的，太差勁了，無語

周圍都是封控區，到周邊的時候出租車司機説已經被風控了，趕緊走了，協調了去哪兒説讓我直接跟房東聯繫，房東也給了我一個管家的電話，結果昨天沒有及時溝通，已經過了入住期了，也不給退錢，反正是極差的一次體驗。

地方好找，房間環境不錯。
