Location is good. Many eateries nearby. Near to metro station Fanshen. Near to a mall 海雅only17 min walk. Also a local market next to hotel. Staff Mr 牟very helpful and friendly.

Overall, the hotel is decent, but the facilities are quite old. There's no smart voice control, and too few power outlets. Two of the bath towels were badly frayed at the edges. Also, I'm not sure if there's a laundry room upstairs, but I kept hearing water noises late at night; otherwise, it was pretty quiet. The hotel is a bit far from Fanshen subway station, so it's not super convenient. On the plus side, the front desk and housekeeping staff were very good, warm, and attentive.
