The front desk service was fantastic! The facilities were excellent and they were very responsive to all requests. The room was also great. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

The room was very quiet and spacious, fully equipped with great amenities. The environment was beautiful and the hygiene was excellent. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and the front desk service was also very good. The price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

The bathroom was well-renovated, and there was even disinfectant alcohol in the restroom. The bed was comfortable and soft, and snacks were provided in the afternoon. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It was perfect for my trip to the Futian immigration office. Plus, the mini-bar drinks were complimentary, which was a really nice touch.

Completely satisfied, five-star rating! The service was excellent, and the subway station right next door made getting around super convenient. It was quiet at night, which made it easy to sleep, and the view from the window was nice. The breakfast was simple but filling enough.

The cleaning staff are incredibly nice! If you need water, just ask them and they'll happily help you out. The front desk ladies are also beautiful and kind. The location is super easy to find, just about a 6-minute walk from Shangsha subway station. I didn't take any photos of the hotel itself, but here's one from outside.

1. The room is in an excellent location, and it's convenient to get to Futian Station. 2. The interior facilities are quite thoughtful, and you can see the Ping An Finance Center. 3. The young lady at the front desk today was wonderful and provided excellent service.

The service is great, and the hygiene is good. The facilities are complete, and parking is very convenient. Breakfast is also included. I always stay here whenever I come to Shenzhen; it's super convenient for getting around with a subway station and a mall nearby.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, with bathrobes and everything. Plus, the front desk service was exceptional! Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'm definitely staying at Qiuguo again! The aunties (staff) here are also wonderful and are always happy to help with anything.

The location is super convenient, and the room was very clean. The front desk staff, especially one of the ladies, was very welcoming and helpful. Plus, there's a little robot that delivers food from outside. It was a really comfortable stay. I ended up staying here for three consecutive nights.

The room was amazing! The hotel is very well located and the room has very nice brows of the city, which makes the experience so amazing. ☺️ also very nice staff!

I booked three nights and was quite looking forward to it at first. The founder's vision in the promotional video seemed grand, making me think it would be similar to Orange Hotel. However, I was quite disappointed after checking in. The front desk at this hotel is very small, and the waiting/lounge area on the first floor is also tiny. Breakfast costs 48 per person, and there's subway construction happening around the hotel, which is incredibly noisy. The window soundproofing isn't very good either. After checking in, I found a puddle of water under the bed and a lot of short hairs on the bed. I immediately told the front desk, and they called a floor attendant. At first, the attendant insisted that the bedding had already been changed and even implied it might have been ours. It wasn't until she changed the bedding in front of us and we found more hairs inside that she apologized, explaining it might be a problem with the laundry service. As for the puddle of water, the attendant said it was from us using the shower room and leaking out. She said she would report it to the front desk. We had indeed used the shower room right after entering, so we didn't push the issue. However, in the following days, no water leaked out after we showered, so I'm still unsure how that puddle of water got there. The room's facilities and equipment felt a bit old and didn't quite match the price of over 400 per night.

Room booked (22m) was big enough to fully open 2 big luggages. TV had many channels to choose from. Overall room was clean and curtains were controlled by buttons. Mini fridge with free soft drinks were provided, but not cold unfortunately. Toilet and bath is separated, it is good as the floor would not be wet and multiple people can use the toilet at the same time. However, the shower’s hot water was not easy to control, sometimes being too hot or cold with just a little turn of the tap and the water temperature is not very consistent. Aircon in the room was very cold although high temperature was set and hot was chosen, so the room might be too cold and unable to make it warmer.

I got a free upgrade to a larger room. The location is super convenient, right by the subway entrance. They thoughtfully provided earplugs, though I didn't use them since I'm an early riser anyway. The room was clean and practical with a great wet/dry separation design.

Had a very comfortable stay. The bed was so cozy I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, free parking for guests is a great bonus. A fantastic stay overall! 👍🏻
