This hotel is inconvenient for tourism in Long gang, Shenzhen China. The Receptionist was very nice and gave me the information as well.

The deluxe king room was a nightmare. All night long, the KTV or nightclub downstairs was blasting music, 'boom-boom-pow' incessantly. At 2:30 AM, people were still yelling and singing. There was no mention beforehand that there was a KTV entertainment venue downstairs. Since I'd already checked in, there was no way to change hotels in the middle of the night.

The room was clean and tidy, the service was warm and attentive, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The facilities were complete and comfortable. My stay was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. It's fantastic!

The room was clean and staff kept it clean daily. All the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The location was perfect for anyone interested in exploring the Dafen art district as it was only a 2 block walk away.

I stayed at the hotel Vienna dafen and found it to be excellent. The staff do everything I can to help one just had the number 020 and the second was called Darcy. They were truly remarkably friendly and helped to make it a perfect stay.

Excellent in every way! The service was great, parking was convenient, and security was assured; you could swipe your room card to go upstairs. The location was great, right on the main road, very easy to find. It was also clean.

Vienna Hotels is basically our family's first choice for traveling all over the country. We think it's really great and has a high cost-performance ratio. Our Spring Festival trip this year is over, and we are looking forward to our winter and summer vacation trips. We will choose Vienna Hotels again.

The promised buffet breakfast of 38 yuan per person actually turned into snacks and light meals. Is it worth 10 yuan? Because of the decline in breakfast quality, I was asked to cancel and rebook, but I chose to make do with the increased room rate. They supposedly upgraded my room, but on the first day, I found what appeared to be urine stains on the toilet seat. I called the staff to come and fix it. Daily necessities such as slippers and laundry detergent were not replenished in a timely manner… Now the service quality has declined. The staff were rather negligent when I went to collect my light meals in the morning. Overall, I had a bad experience.

It's quiet and in a good location with lots of good restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are very friendly, but the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, it's a very suitable place to stay. The decor is a bit dated, but the room didn't smell of smoke. There's a super delicious Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) nearby.

The O2O reception staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. It's conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, and close to Dafeng Metro Station, making getting around easy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!
