The room was very clean upon check-in. There's a Sam's Club at One Avenue diagonally across the street. This Vienna International Hotel in Shenzhen is pretty good.

Right across the street is Sam's Club, so it was super convenient to just grab all my bulk snacks and drinks and bring them straight back to the hotel! Plus, it's really close to Shenzhen North Station, which makes getting to the city or heading home incredibly easy. I have to praise the service here – everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked into the lobby, and they responded to any questions or issues really quickly. Overall, a perfect experience! I'll definitely stay here again next time.
