We had planned this proposal for a long time, and after sifting through many hotels in Shenzhen, we chose Raffles. We were very pleased with the overall experience, and the proposal was successful. From the initial booking, coordination with the decoration company, assistance with pre-proposal preparations, to the overall stay experience, the service was incredibly detailed and attentive. Butlers Maddy, Nora, Kathryn, Leo, and Echo, along with other hotel staff, provided immense help. They even gifted us dessert soup and a small cake, which was a very thoughtful touch. A big thank you to everyone! The hotel is very close to Shenzhen Bay MixC. We booked a city sea view king room, and the room offered fantastic views – both the 270-degree city panorama and sea views were quite impressive. Service requests were promptly addressed, and they even brought our external food deliveries directly to the room. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious, offering both a buffet and an à la carte menu. The iced Americano and juices tasted great. We'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

I stayed for a few days, and unfortunately, it was during typhoon weather, which was a shame as the scenery would have been even more beautiful otherwise. The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was also top-notch. Howard's service stood out as the best – he was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. This has been the best hotel experience I've had in Shenzhen so far, and I'll definitely be choosing this one again.

The hotel consistently maintains its high standards. The rooms are clean, smart, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The evening happy hour offered delicious and plentiful food, and it was very picturesque. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and every single one of the nightly sweet soups I tried was delightful. The view from the window was absolutely beautiful! The mini-bar was well-stocked, and the beer was as good as ever! Plus, I even caught a drone rehearsal in the early morning!

Raffles Hotel unequivocally deserves a perfect five-star review! My stay completely exceeded all my expectations, from the thoughtful pre-arrival communication to the meticulous service at check-out; every single detail made us feel truly valued and pampered. The hotel reception is located on the 34th floor. Its design perfectly blends Eastern aesthetics with modern luxury, creating a grand and elegant lobby. I particularly loved the romantic deep purple color palette, beautifully complemented by the artistic floral arrangements throughout. Our room's floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Shenzhen Bay and Talent Park, while the bar and lounge on the 71st floor provided panoramic vistas of the entire city. Yesterday, we were lucky enough to catch a spectacular sunset and evening glow from the 71st floor. Standing by the window, gazing at the expansive sky, it felt as if I was completely absorbing the energy of the universe – truly a magical and wonderful feeling. Of course, the bedding was luxuriously soft and comfortable, and the smart control system allowed for effortless adjustment of the lighting ambiance. The well-stocked minibar and the thoughtful 'whitespace' in the room design further underscored the hotel's commitment to quality in every detail. And the breakfast spread was exceptionally lavish and varied. A special thank you to our butlers, Leo, Echo, Qian, Maddy, and Kathryn. They not only helped us secure a room with the most perfect view but also went above and beyond by preparing a celebratory cake and even hand-drawing a card with a message that perfectly captured what I wanted to convey (even though I hadn't explicitly told them the content I wished to write). In short, everything was absolutely perfect.

The in-room minibar was a fantastic perk: complimentary, well-stocked, and replenishable. The Bayfront Sky Happy Hour offered excellent views and a generous array of snacks. Breakfast was both fresh and plentiful, accompanied by very attentive service. Service truly stood out: I received a complimentary birthday cake, and in the evenings, turndown service included a sweet treat and a prepared bubble bath. They also granted a 1-hour late check-out. When we had about 1.5 hours until our airport pickup, they graciously invited us to relax at the bar, providing complimentary drinks and nuts. The facilities were quite new and modern.

Hotel location is perfect, but I still suggest to take cab from the immigration, ard 1x RMB. You can also request bday decoration! They are so sweet, even have bday cake!

The room layout was excellent, and we absolutely loved it. The decor was also very tasteful, and the view was great. Any issues we had during our stay were promptly and effectively resolved. A special thank you to our butlers, Kathryn and Nora Zhang, for their incredibly thoughtful and warm service. They were quick to understand our needs, and communication was always smooth. I even mentioned to the butler that your welcome fruit was the best I've ever tasted! It's these small details that truly make a difference. From the moment we walked in, the entire hotel team treated us with such genuine care and warmth, like family; we never felt any coldness. This hotel truly deserves a five-star rating. We will definitely return given the opportunity.

The hotel boasts a superb location, nestled in the tallest building of Shenzhen Bay No. 1. The service was incredibly warm and attentive; we were personally escorted from the moment we arrived at the curb until we were settled in our room. Throughout the hotel, staff were always ready to greet us with a warm welcome and offer helpful guidance. I particularly enjoyed their unique approach to the lobby; instead of a large, traditional open space, check-in was conducted at comfortable tables where both guests and front desk staff could sit. Every public space was tastefully adorned with a variety of artworks. The guest rooms are remarkably spacious. Even the Deluxe Sea View Room I stayed in, which is considered an entry-level category, offered exceptionally generous proportions. The beef noodles at breakfast were also delicious. Overall, the entire experience was superb.

**Location:** Perched atop the Shenzhen Bay One complex, this hotel offers incredible high-floor views. From the 70th floor, you can enjoy panoramic vistas of Shenzhen Talent Park. **Facilities:** While the hotel has been open for some time, its facilities are well-maintained and don't feel dated. **Cleanliness:** Very good. **Service:** The service was excellent. **Perks:** All specialty snacks and drinks in the in-room mini-bar are complimentary. **Dining:** The Yun Jing Chinese Restaurant is definitely worth a try, perfect for a birthday celebration or a romantic candlelit dinner.

I had a fantastic stay at Raffles Shenzhen with my family for my birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable, brought out my birthday cake at just the right moment and even surprised me with a complimentary Singapore Sling. Special thanks to Naomi at the receiving counter, who greeted us as soon as we arrived and took care of our luggage before we even checked in, and to Minnie at check-in, who recommended and booked a fantastic restaurant for our first lunch. The team at the Long Bar on level 71 were outstanding, handling the cake and making the celebration memorable. The pool and sauna were immaculate, everything was well organized, and our room offered an incredible view of Shenzhen Bay and Talent Park. Every detail, from the attentive service to the luxurious facilities, made this a truly unforgettable experience.
