Xiao Song provided excellent service. The lobby environment was great, and they offered complimentary popcorn and coffee.

This is pretty much what you'd expect from a budget hotel. It's only three floors high, but each floor has a good number of rooms. The bathroom and shower are made of transparent glass, so privacy isn't great. Also, the room lighting is a bit dim, not bright enough. The pros are that it's cheap, close to the border crossing, convenient for transport, and there are lots of takeaway options. It has all the standard hotel amenities, including disposable toothbrushes and towels, and the hot water pressure is great. It's fine for a quick overnight stay if you're crossing the border late at night.

Five stars, hands down! I was really happy with everything about this hotel. The breakfast was definitely the highlight – the beef brisket noodles and pork hock vermicelli were absolutely delicious, and they had a great selection of drinks and snacks too. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was warm and attentive, and the environment was quiet and elegant. It's my top choice for accommodation, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Walking distance to Luohu Port, the decor is nice, not too many floors, and the room size is just right. The price was also very reasonable during the Chinese New Year period. Most importantly, the hotel breakfast was quite varied and tasted good too.

The facilities are excellent, very well integrated. The hygiene is spotless and clean, the environment is nice and quite elegant. The service is attentive, and the staff's attitude is great.

The hotel is conveniently located near Luohu Port and Shenzhen Station. It's clean, quiet, and the service is quite good.
